I have MetLife high for dental. The front desk lady at my dentist says it's one of the better plans she's seen. For whatever that's worth. Can’t speak for MetLife but had BC/BS FEP Dental for years & finally dropped them after Covid for Delta. Absolutely no regrets leaving BC/BS and going to Delta.
